Not satisfied with your purchase? Our goal is to ensure you receive the best, and it’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please reach out to us immediately at info@ejlashandbeauty.com . Specify the item you want to return, keeping in mind that returns are only valid within 14 days of your purchase being delivered.
Return Instructions
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- Please email us at info@ejlashandbeauty.com to notify us of your return and our customer care team will provide you with the return mailing address.
- Please specify your order number in the email subject line – this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.
- Products on sale do not apply for returns.
- In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
- Please note that prepaid return labels are only available for returns made in the US.
- Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at info@ejlashandbeauty.com
